The Real HR LLC was born from 9 years of experience that CEO & Founder Latisha Santos achieved during her career. As an employee in many institutions, healthcare organizations and private practices she was able to see the direct benefit of having a designated individual that was an HR "guru" to help navigate many situations that arise when managing and collaborating with employees and vendors. Our one-on-one consulting approach is unique with our leading HR Director versed in every HR model you can think of!
